Strategic Card Specialist / Consultant
What does a successful Strategic Card Specialist/Consultant do at Fiserv?
This is a revenue focused role where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in addition to working with internal, cross-functional teams as well as external stakeholders. You will manage the end-to-end process of Closed Loop Prepaid client orders along with being the escalation point for any client and supplier related issues.
What you will do:
- Manage gift card print production quotes and orders, ensuring project requests meet basic requirements for quoting costs.
- Create project plans, milestone trackers, and communicate stakeholder expectations, responsibilities, and key dates to clients regularly.
- Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery by proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating issues to clients, sales, and/or account management.
- Manage client and supplier-related escalations to achieve quick solutions, validate billing reports and client invoices, and negotiate for improved service or lower costs as needed.
- Create orders within the order management tool to ensure correct information delivery to preferred suppliers and milestone management and provide project management oversight for off-track projects.
- Maintain project artifacts throughout the project lifecycle, support project tracking methods and systems, and provide oversight and matrix management to one or more Card Specialists.
- Annually provide input for performance reviews, partner with finance teams for accurate billing, and consult with clients on print solutions for increased revenue and cost savings.
- Partner with Creative Services for design services, provide forecasting of gift card volumes and revenue, and participate in responding to client requests for proposals.
What you will need to have:
- High School graduate/GED
- Prior project management experience.
- 3 years of experience in a client facing and/or client relationship management role.
- Willingness to travel 15-25% of the time
What will be great to have:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Technology or related field
- Product development and/or product marketing experience.
- Experience in Card Production
