Description:You will be a Manufacturing Associate Manager for the Camden Operations team. Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire (MFC) is a recognized designer, developer and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries. MFC develops, manufactures, and supports advanced combat, missile, rocket, manned and unmanned systems for military customers that include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA and dozens of foreign allies.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Associate Manager, you will be responsible supervising production and working with all functional support. Your responsibilities will include:
• Meet schedule and maintain 100% performance for assigned areas
• Meet PMT metrics, including PMT cost & savings metrics
• Show continuous improvement through: 6S audits, FOD prevention, ESD control
• Raise energy awareness and develop/implement plans to reduce energy usage in the production areas.
• Manage day-to-day activities of assigned personnel up to and including discipline for poor job performance.
• Champion PMT meetings and processes by providing necessary support to team leaders in reporting areas, regularly attending meetings, and setting goals for PMT's.
• Responsible for creating and updating production staffing plans for reporting areas.
• Maintain a regular working relationship with Product Leads and Mangers to ensure production efforts are supporting overarching program needs.

Basic Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience managing production employees and /or production supervisor.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Production schedule proficiency, production flow knowledge, strong interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft office.
This facility requires special access and therefore all candidates must be a US citizen.
Desired Skills:
Lean 6 sigma trained-green or black belt certified.
Previous SAP experience.
Ability to translate overarching contract requirements into workable production schedules (IOP).
Experience utilizing electronic timekeeping systems.
Knowledge of the PAC-3 products and manufacturing processes.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
