What you´ll do
- Spend approximately 8 months in three rotations, gaining hands-on
experience across key HR functions while developing a broad understanding of
Henkel's people strategy and business operations.
- Rotations may include, but are not limited to: HR business partnering,
talent acquisition, learning & development, diversity & inclusion and total
rewards.
- Key projects will evolve based on business and function need but
will be focused on HR business partnering, talent development, employee
engagement, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and change
management.
- Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to HR and
business leadership.
- Develop the skills and business acumen necessary to succeed in
future Human Resources leadership roles.
