About this role: Wells Fargo's Technology CyberSecurity Division's Platform Management team provides platform management and service operations and operational reliability engineering support for the CyberSecurity organization.
We are looking for a well-rounded candidate to join the Resiliency & Services Management team as a Cybersecurity Change Management Consultant Successful candidates must demonstrate the following:
- Ability to ramp up quickly and deliver results in less defined and constantly changing environments.
- Self-starter who proactively seeks out knowledge to attain expertise in new fields or responsibilities.
- Proven strength in building high organizational awareness, autonomously navigating an organization, and engaging key stakeholders.
- Confident, effective, concise communicator with both executive level leadership and line management levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Effective at building relationships and partnerships to achieve risk goals and avoid any 'us vs. them' perception from line managers.
- Highly analytical; comfortable with seeking out and analyzing all levels of detail.
- Ability to manage and track/evaluate performance of large-scale program initiatives in a complex environment.
- Experience identifying key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution.
In this role, you will: - Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives.
- Support change / incident / problem management routines (e.g., facilitation of meetings, including follow up and closure of action items, collection / documentation of approvals, reporting / dashboarding, etc.).
- Lead / maintain process or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables.
- Establish controls and processes to prevent, identify and address risks in the organization.
- Monitor compliance with controls, gathering applicable evidence.
- Other projects as identified.
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 2+ years of problem / incident / change management experience.
- 2+ years' experience in risk management, IT Governance, compliance, regulatory, or audit function.
- 2+ years' experience in process documentation
Desired Qualifications:- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office product suite, including PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
- Advanced skills in Confluence.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated advanced verbal & written communications skills.
- Proven leadership skills & capabilities.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a customer first approach.
- Evidence of experience in supporting control design and implementation.
- Evidence of experience in identifying key issues, involving affected parties, designing solutions, obtaining buy-in, and communicating effectively through resolution.
