Overnight Rooms Coordinator - Washington Hilton
The iconic is looking for their next Overnight Rooms Coordinator (Front Office) to join their team.
Find this historic hotel, which features 1,107 rooms, within blocks of Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan. The White House and National Mall are less than two miles away. We feature a seasonal outdoor pool deck complete with fire pits and a kids pool.
Our ideal candidate would have previous experience as a Guest Service Agent for at least 1-2 years and/or as a coordinator. Preferably experience with OnQ and strong communication skills.
Shift Pattern for Rooms Coordinator (Front Office) - Full Availability and Flexibility for Overnight (weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed).
Pay Rate: $27.20 per hour

What will I be doing?
- Responsible for all pre-registration, room blocks, and handling all special reservation requests for individuals and groups.
- Prepares all VIP key packets and makes special arrangements as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints by conducting thorough research of the situation and the most effective resolution. Authorize revenue allowances
- Ensure that rates, comments, special/guest requests are set-up correctly. Ensure routing, prepare daily reports, and no-shows are processed according to the event manager.
