- Backlog Management: Manage product backlog by maintaining clear feature prioritization and well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from users and stakeholders, translating them into technical requirements, and managing expectations.
- Sprint Planning & Execution: Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to guide the development team and drive timelines and deliverables.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product goals are well established and align with overall vision.
- Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement opportunities by identifying inefficiencies and areas for enhancement in tools, templates, etc.
- Tools & Digital Collaboration: Utilize software development and collaboration tools (i.e. Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc.) to provide visibility into project progress and objectives, as well as clear communication.
