Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant

Long Term Contract

Partner with Learning Communications Operations and Data Engineering teams of to elevate and articulate business requirements for the D365 migration project.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs for inclusion in the migration plans and build process led by Program Solutions Engineering team.
Work closely with the team to define clear business rules and acceptance criteria for the new D365 system.
Lead the effort to document and refine existing business requirements captured for each of the campaigns, ensuring they meet the needs of the overall business model.
Work with Learning Communications Engineering Team and share the source data for each of the campaigns and the business rules that are applied. Support the process of defining data mapping between SFMC and D365 (if needed), ensuring data integrity and accuracy during migration.
Partner with Learning Communications Data Engineering to understand and share data sources, targeting fields, and business rules to apply to the data in D365 by campaign and journey.
If needed, support the process of defining data mapping between SFMC and D365, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during migration.
Drive clarity around business asks, rules, and processes used in email journeys within D365.
