HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The EDP in Location Planning will have a curiosity to learn, a base foundation for analytics, be comfortable communicating with cross functional teams and be able to extract insights to drive strategic decisions. This candidate should be comfortable with a dynamic work environment where projects and priorities change with the pace of the business and include long term initiatives and quick wins.
This role reports into XX (HM job title) and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid work environment.
(60%): Drive improved decision making and support, deliveringhelpful insights for each buy season as it relates to store assortments and space
Collaborate with Merchandising, Visual, Planning and Allocation to build assortments, aligning product and store format strategies to financial goals
(40%):Execute style assignments to stores based on overarching strategies and intentions
