What You'll Do
- Deliver skilled nursing care in a home setting
- Provide compassionate, individualized patient care
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and care records
- Support patients in achieving optimal health outcomes
Required
- Active LPN/LVN license
- 1+ year of nursing experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Preferred
- Experience with pediatric or adult homecare
- Experience with trach, ventilator, and/or G-tube patients a plus
