Overview
The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance across multiple properties. Supports plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep to ensure safe, clean, and tenant-ready environments.

Pay Rate: $31-$35 per hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Schedule: M-F 8:30-5:30
Responsibilities
· Perform scheduled general maintenance across properties
· Complete light plumbing repairs (unclog drains, replace faucets)
· Perform light electrical work (replace outlets, switches, fixtures)
· Conduct minor carpentry, drywall patching, and painting
· Document work orders in mobile systems
· Maintain cleanliness and safety of mechanical rooms and common areas
· Identify and report larger issues requiring vendor support
· Respond to service requests and emergencies as needed
Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED
· Valid California driver’s license
· Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
· Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
· Familiarity with mobile work order systems
