RoundAbout, Inc. is a FedEx Ground contractor operating out of the Olathe, KS terminal, Monday – Saturday. We are looking for safe, reliable, and motivated delivery drivers for our routes in Overland Park, Stilwell, Belton, and Lees Summit.
We are especially interested in people who have been route drivers, truck drivers, couriers, and other delivery drivers. If you have previously driven for UPS, Amazon, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft, or food delivery service, that is a plus.
Experience isn’t required. We will train safe, reliable candidates. No CDL is required for any of our driving positions.
2-Week Training & Safety Program
· Trainees are paid $150 per day during our two-week driver Training & Safety Program, featuring classroom work, obstacle course, observed driving, on-the-road training and introduction route driving with one of our certified trainers.
· During the two-week training period, Trainees receive weekly evaluations to help monitor progress and provide feedback.
· Upon successful completion of our Training & Safety Program, trainees receive a Driver Certificate, and are ready to begin driving routes.
Once the Training & Safety Program has been completed, drivers will begin to run routes on their own. Full-time drivers should expect to work between 35-45 hours per week. Throughout employment, drivers will receive additional training as well as frequent training and safety evaluations.
Drivers continue to earn the guaranteed $150 per day, but are also eligible for Production pay, based on the number of stops & packages delivered/picked up each week, with the ability to earn between $750 - $1250 per week.Our top drivers earn over $60K per year.
After 90 Days:
· Eligible for our 100% Company-Paid Driver Wellness package, including health, vision, dental, life and accident insurance, all at NO COST TO EMPLOYEE.
* Drivers have the option to add spouses or dependents, paid for by the driver.
· Five days of paid time off (PTO) that can be used immediately.

Requirements
· Must be 21 years of age, or older with a valid driver’s license*
* Missouri licenses must be Class E
· No moving violations in the previous 2 years - This includes speeding tickets, failure to stop, reckless driving, DUI, etc.
· Pass a criminal background check - This includes all misdemeanors and felony convictions in the last 7 years. Any felony conviction and most misdemeanors will prevent applicants from being approved
· Pass a drug screen, including marijuana
· Reliable transportation to/from the FedEx Ground Terminal in Olathe, KS.

Schedules
We operate Monday through Saturday, so all drivers have Sundays off. Full-time drivers are expected to work 35-45 hours per week, starting at 8:00AM and ending when driver has completed their route.

-Saturday & Monday - Thursday (Sunday & Friday Off)
