Apprentice - Client Service Analyst
What does a successful Client Service Advisor (CSA) at Fiserv ISO Partner Solutions do?
The Client Service Advisor (CSA) provides consultation and recommendations on system, product and industry related items for an assigned portfolio of ISO partners. You are a trusted advisor, consultant, and industry expert responsible for managing your client’s daily service, operational and business needs. You develop a deep understanding of your client’s portfolio goals and objectives and are the primary liaison between the Client and Fiserv. You work with key decision makers at the client’s organization (ranging from C-Level to front line managers). You inform and interact with Fiserv leadership on overall client relationship health where appropriate. You leverage all necessary Fiserv company resources to support and resolve your client’s service, product, and operational needs. Your effort will drive client growth, profitability, and improve client satisfaction.
You serve as the first point of escalation for the client and manages / controls liability related items. You drive client issue resolution by partnering with internal support areas and operational/shared services support teams (e.g., Credit, Risk, Disputes, Compliance, Finance, Legal, etc.).
What you will do:
- Manage all ISO inquiries and request for service, product, and industry support
- Effectively analyze, navigate, and trouble shoot client issues for problem resolution
- Become expert on all Fiserv products, services and tools that benefit client growth
- Communicate enhancements with expertise in product specific transactions, screens and reports, in addition to possessing knowledge of product/system functionality gained through experience and research
- Understand and translate technical information into business terms for clients and business information into technical language for IT or Product areas
- Collaborate with Finance, Product and all Shared Services to ensure business issues are understood
- Provide strategic support/input for product development and operation needs
- Demonstrates subject matter expertise for key Fiserv products
- Work with management to create an environment that promotes teamwork and cross functional partnerships at all levels

Client Types (Processing on all platforms)
- Retail – Fiserv owns the risk. MPA is Fiserv’s.
- Wholesale – ISO owns the risk. ISO is party to the MPA. Utilize clearing bank provided by Fiserv. Fiserv has some oversight and second concurrence on merchants.
- FSP – ISO owns the risk and all aspects of operations for their book of business. Typically, ISO brings their own clearing bank.
This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
