Implementation Analyst
What does a great Implementation Analyst do at Fiserv?
You will work directly with other XRoads teams, other Fiserv business units, and our clients (primarily financial institution clients) to implement data transmissions within the File Exchange application. Fiserv is a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to support multiple projects concurrently. Your objective is to impress our customers and Fiserv partners with on time and accurate implementations, ensuring the timely and secure transmissions of critical and sensitive financial related data. You will use your knowledge and experience in the banking, credit union, or payments industry to improve our clients’ effectiveness in servicing their customers and members. The File Exchange Professional Services team provides a flexible, cost-effective data delivery solution with a specialized focus in data management, transformation, and delivery to and from financial entities and their vendors and processors.
What you will do:
- Work with sales executive, project lead, manager, or development team to help clients (other Fiserv business units, vendors, or commercial customers) to determine the File Exchange services to implement within their environment.
- Lead meetings to gather and translate client business requirements for integration/customization.
- Create statements of work
- Ensure project management reports are updated by posted times with accurate data.
- Independently configure setup profiles, test, and achieved successful implementation by the agreed upon production date for accurate data transmissions which meet audit requirements.
- Support the client through all phases of the implementation project.
- Track all issues to ensure resolutions are achieved.
- Create, review, and revise documentation according to Fiserv standards maintained on SharePoint.
- Create email messages that are professional, clear, and concise.
- Complete miscellaneous tasks assigned by manager by posted deadline.
- Complete the administrative tasks and duties within the File Exchange Conversion Analyst Guide
- Seek opportunities to update skills and industry knowledge to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relations.
What you will need to have:
- High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of implementation or conversion experience
- Ability to provide after hours or weekend support for client implementations.
- Experience performing conversion analysis services in the financial industry.
- Experience with financial industry audit requirements.
What would be great to have:
- Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education: Financial industry experience (banking, credit union, or payments)
- Strong application knowledge in Microsoft Office products and structured query language (SQL)
- Knowledge of data processing, connectivity, and internet protocols
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP)
