Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track shipments and inventory
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement
- Collaborate with 3PL providers for efficient transportation management
- Assist in sourcing new suppliers and maintaining relationships with existing ones
Skills
- Proficiency in using various systems including warehouse management systems
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret customer trends and behaviors
- Knowledge of 3PL operations and logistics processes
- Experience in warehouse operations and transportation management systems
- Ability to drive process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service
- Understanding of freight handling procedures and best practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
