Training Specialist
What does a successful Training Specialist do at Fiserv?
You will provide insightful and effective learning experiences for sales representatives and also support learning experiences for various stake holders and sales support professionals.
What you will do:
- Design, develop and facilitate new hire and continuing education programs for Fiserv’s Sales organization.
- Partner with product, process & sales enablement subject matter experts to ensure continuous updates to all content within new hire and continuing education programs.
- Manage homework and assessment completion; partner with Instructional Developer to assist in the design and development of digital content and assessments.
- Evaluate program feedback and align results via performance consulting with IT, HR, Sales/Service Leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Design and drive strategic outcomes aligned to key segment initiatives for behavioral competencies and skills.
What you will need to have:
- High school graduate/GED
- 3 years of learning & development role experience or 3 years in similar business-function role.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Business Management, Marketing, HR, Education).
- Business to business sales experience.
- Software sales experience and/or product management.
- Experience/knowledge in merchant services sales process, tools, systems & products.
- Financial services experience.
- Curriculum design and evaluation skills.
- Formal facilitation certifications by accredited vendors.
