BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Director of Operational Analytics, you manage reporting activity for the overall Field Operations organization, providing direct operational analytics support to Corporate Field Operations group. You will be responsible for supporting the operational performance through ownership of ops and performance analysis, trending, forecasting and business impact analysis. The Director of Operational Analysis ensures consistency in analytical processes and adherence to established evaluation and measurement methodologies across the Field Ops Organization.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Quantitative or operational analysis experience (8-10 years), management/leadership experience (5+ years)
- Education: Bachelor´s degree in Business, Statistics, Math, Economics or related field, equivalent training, education and experience
- Technical Skills: MS Office applications, data analysis, reporting systems
- Skills: Communication, problem-solving, analytical, organization, leadership
