Connections Administrator
Key Role:
Provide employees with opportunities to grow—as consultants and experts in their fields—so that they can use their skills to change the world. Support the Talent Development Connections team in the development, coordination, and execution of communications campaigns for Talent Development programs, events, and initiatives. Create internal communications content, including emails, newsletters, briefings, and infographics for Talent Development programs. Maintain and update Talent Development events and upcoming courses on various platforms, such as SharePoint and First Up. Provide excellent customer service to employees inquiring about Talent Development programs. Assist with webinar planning, production, and execution. Support the internal Talent Development team by creating a bi-weekly newsletter. Create QA/QC marketing communications and learning content in support of Talent Development’s programs in line with Booz Allen’s Style Guides and policy. Assist and support Talent Development with copy editing for learning content and initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Communications or Marketing
Experience with MS SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Experience with working in cross-functional teams
Ability to conduct analyses and data gathering
Ability to work independently and successfully manage conflicting priorities and ad hoc tasks
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or English
Possession of excellent communication skills, including public speaking skills
Possession of excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
