Job Description
This role is based in London, United Kingdom.

A Videographer/Editor is expected to drive general studio and field production as well as editing of general and social content for LinkedIn Media Productions out of our London Studio in the UK. They will also oversee general studio operations (including camera, lighting and recording for live and video productions as well as perform standard editing functions for videos and content including finishing (sound mixing, colour, templatized graphic implementations) and delivery. Their job is to ensure high quality production in alignment with project scope and LinkedIn brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
Manage and run day to day studio operations as well as overseeing and tracking gear and equipment for all production.
General lighting and production equipment including cinema camera systems (Prosumer cameras and iPhone/Device)
Assist or drive day to day production recordings, ingest footage, and perform light editing utilizing Premiere (including incorporating templated toolkit graphics/etc.)
Maintain brand standards and ensure all production and postproduction work adheres to LinkedIn’s brand guidelines.
Execute the production from a technical point of view -this includes lighting talent, blocking and operating, cameras, ingesting footage editing, exporting and delivering multiple edit drafts for review
Collaborate with Producers and Creative Partners to create effective videos that will help drive engagement and awareness to our products and business initiatives
Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the production and shoot itself
Track progress and meet with partners to give timely updates and inform the wider team of their responsibilities in the process
Utilize Air table and other project management tools to track and maintain production status and schedule.
Deliver the final asset in required formats
Follow up with partner to gather success metrics and report findings within our project management system
Edit short form and social media style content and deliver to customers for distribution.
Assist with light Company All hands (as well as other events) needs
Perform light motion tasks (through After Effects and working templates)
Application Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in video and live production camera operation, lighting and workflows with general field and studio experience
3+ years of experience working with camera and lighting systems, remote technologies, audio and video formats and signal flows
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of 4K workflow and standards
In depth knowledge of post-production processes including proficiency in the Adobe suite (Premiere, After Effects) as well as various other postproduction tools such as D-Script and Frame.io
Experience directing and lighting talent in both studio and on location environments
Editing scripts for teleprompter
Experience with creating content for social media platforms (Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or issues.
Experience with videography (and general experience with various prosumer cameras such as Sony A7SIII/FX3, Canon R5s, Panasonic Lumix/etc.)
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
