Description: Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, a leader in the defense industry for superior weapon systems, sensors, and services, is seeking an experienced Industrial Security Professional / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join our security team.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Security Representative, you will perform as the CPSO for multiple complex and growing programs. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
•Personnel security
•Physical security
•Technical security
•Subcontractor management
•Classification management
•Inspection readiness
•Developing and implementing Operation Security (OPSEC) requirements
• Supporting RF Product Center Security efforts
•Collaborating with program management and various senior officials to meet mission requirements, comply with customers' expectations, and adhere to applicable security policies, directives, and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
In this role, you will:
•Create and implement creative security solutions to meet mission requirements while ensuring compliance with our customers' expectations and applicable security policies and directives.
•Serve as the primary security interface with all levels of associated program personnel, both internally at Lockheed Martin and externally at customer and subcontractor sites.

Basic Qualifications:
•Final Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and a background investigation performed within the last five years.
•Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals, and Intelligence Community Directives (ICD).
• Must have a Subject Matter Expert (SME) level of understanding of security regulations, including prior experience drafting and implementing Standard Operating Procedures, Security Plans, and Operation Documents.
• Basic understanding of classified test facility planning.
•Basic understanding of RF systems.
•Basic understanding of shipping and receiving classified hardware.
•Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills:
•Experience using JADE, SIMS, and DISS.
•Experience in multiple operating environments including Collateral, Special Access Programs (SAP), and Sensitive Compartmentalized Information.
•Lead and implement change in a collaborative and inclusive manner, have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.
•Work collaboratively with other entities and manage projects and subordinate assignments simultaneously within very time-sensitive environments.
•Interface with Executive Leadership in support of ongoing operations
•The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
•Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
•Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
•Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
•Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
