The Enterprise Valuation-Statutory team is responsible for the overall process management of year-end statutory reporting and filings.
This Senior Actuarial Associate role will collaborate across functional teams to complete Statutory reporting process and act as a first line of respondent for regulatory requests to support appointed actuaries and business partners.
The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect:
Primary responsibilities include:
- Collaborate across functional teams to prepare Appointed Actuary’s memoranda, actuarial opinions, and other supplements
- Support preparing regulatory and board filings
- Support Actuarial Oversight activities
- Perform review and reconciliation of actuarial items in annual statements
- Recommend and execute process improvements by leveraging tech solutions to enhance capability and efficiency
- Support implementation of new regulatory requirements
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of actuarial experience
- Actuarial exams are required.
- Understanding of actuarial / finance concepts
- Experience with Statutory financial reporting is a plus.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong project management skills with attention to details

What we offer you:
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $97,300.00 to $144,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
