Summary Description:
Dover Business Services (DBS) is looking for talented Finance Hub Analyst to join our new shared service center in Cebu, Philippines. Working within an emerging shared services organization, the Finance Hub Analyst is responsible for delivering timely and quality service to internal stakeholders and Dover suppliers, as measured by service level agreements and key performance indicators. As a Finance Hub Analyst you will be responsible for operational processing, which include data collection and management, analysis and reconciliation and tracking of correspondence.
The role may be assigned to one of the following teams under the Finance Hub, depending on the needs and your experience, skill-set and capabilities:
- Tax Center of Excellence (e.g., Indirect Tax – NAM, Income Tax – US)
- Financial Planning and Analytics
- Financial Systems (Cadency/Longview/OneStream)
- Internal Controls Center of Excellence
- Master Data Management
- Travel & Expense
- Compliance

Essential Responsibilities:
Produce reports/requests/deliverables on time and in good quality
Maintain productivity and and attention to detail while meeting service level agreements in a complex environment
- Ticket Resolution & Requestor/User Support
Facilitate assignment and resolution of ServiceNow tickets
Effectively communicate with requestors/users to gather issue details and relay resolutions steps.
- Process or System Maintenance, Enhancements and Ad hoc
Assists on system enhancement and continuous improvement projects.
Assist in maintaining database integrity through data validations and reviews.
Performs routine process/system maintenance accurately and timely.
Support ad-hoc requests as appropriate
- Contributor to standardization and/or process improvement projects
Maintain documentation of system processes, reports, and system functionality.
Creates and updates work instructions and creating additional guides for enhanced user support.
Provide input to ongoing policy governance and compliance of work instructions and policies.
- Controls Compliance and Reviews
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and compliance with related controls
Understand process controls and report observations.
