This position will be a primary agent of data transformation across various high-impact business disciplines related to employee score carding and incentive compensation. This role requires a proactive, nimble mind to maintain business requirements in real-time while also managing the necessary data organization, change management, data governance, risk mitigation, and communications to multiple stakeholders and partners.
