Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other development tools.
- Customization & Integration:
Customize Salesforce functionality, including objects, fields, workflows, and approval processes, and integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via APIs.
- Lightning Component Development:
Develop custom user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura framework to enhance the user experience.
- API & Web Services Development:
Implement Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) to integrate with external systems and manage data synchronization between Salesforce and other applications.
- Salesforce Configuration:
Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and business teams to configure and extend standard Salesforce functionality without needing extensive custom code where possible.
- Troubleshooting & Support:
Identify and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications and ensure system performance is optimized for business processes.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
Create and maintain unit tests for custom Salesforce development to ensure code is functional, error-free, and aligns with best practices.
Assist with data migrations using tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity when transitioning data between systems.
- Documentation & Best Practices:
Maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce customizations and integrations, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Stay up to date with Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to continuously improve the platform's capabilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
