Join our Earned Value Excellence organization and embark on a journey of professional growth and achievement. We are seeking a highly experienced Earned Value Management Professional (EVM) to play a key role in driving performance and success within Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies (RTX) business unit. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert oversight and management of EVMS, supporting the Mission Systems (MS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU). As an advocate for EVM, you’ll collaborate closely with Program Managers, Business Managers, Control Account Managers, and the broader MS EVMS community, as well as external customers, to ensure seamless integration and execution of program objectives. Additionally, you will partner with the Surveillance Lead to support both internal and external EVM audits and reviews, driving compliance and excellence across the organization.
What You Will Do
- Ensure compliance with all required corporate, department, and government policies/regulations
- Perform EVMS Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs) and support Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs)
- Interact with programs and DCMA in support of JSRs and any Corrective Action Requests (CAR)
- Understand EVM training gaps and provide solutions
- Attend program meetings and evaluate EVM data to nurture understanding
- Encourage standard processes and resources across programs
- Assist in the deployment of EVM processes
- Participate and help cultivate solutions for company initiatives
- Support the development and maintenance of the EV System Description
- Train & influence/nurture program team members to develop EVM maturity and improve processes.
- Partner with Program teams to meet and manage EVM requirements
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Experience with internal and/or external EVMS Surveillance/Audits (ISA / JSA)
- Experience with Government EVM reporting & compliance
- Experience with EVM resources (i.e. SAP, Cobra, forProject
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in Program Controls and/or Analysis
- Experience in Training and Process Improvement
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to Navigate EV Tools (i.e. SAP, Cobra, forProject, MRP)

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
