Employee Relations and Compliance Investigator
Key Role:
Ensure compliance with the corporation's ethical standards and examine any non-compliance issues. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision and supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies. Provide support and direction to the business partner community and other internal teams by providing policy guidance and interpretation, and provide analytical support for Booz Allen policy development, including policies and practices related to disciplinary actions, performance, compliance, and other matters. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience conducting detailed and factual investigations involving internal policies and Code of Conduct from start to finish
- Experience designing and delivering on priorities, leveraging data to identify trends and gaps, and developing actions to address
- Experience building relationships with key stakeholders and collaborating to resolve escalated concerns across all segments and aligned business locations
- Bachelor’s degree or 12+ years of experience in EEO in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Convercent
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possession of excellent organizational and fact-gathering skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
