Non-CDL OVERNIGHT Delivery Driver
ALL DRIVERS ARE TO MEET THE FOLLOWING EXPECTATIONS, HOWEVER THIS POSITION IS FOR AN OVERNIGHT DRIVER THAT TRANSFERS PACKAGES BETWEEN STATIONS. THE ROUTE STARTS IN BELGRADE WITH A LOADED TRUCK, THEN PICKS UP A SMALL AMOUNT OF PACKAGES AT THE BUTTE FEDEX STATION BEFORE CONTINUING TO THE MISSOULA STATION. IN MISSOULA THE VAN IS UNLOADED AND RELOADED BY STATION STAFF. ONCE THIS IS COMPLETE THE DRIVER WILL MAKE ONE MORE STOP BY BUTTE TO OFFLOAD THOSE PACKAGES BEFORE RETURNING TO BOZEMAN WHERE STATION STAFF UNLOADS REMAINING PACKAGES.
We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute and pick up packages promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide variety of packages to different addresses and through different routes
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
- Inform customers about new products and services
- Complete logs and reports
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Skills
- responsible and reliable
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good driving record with no traffic violations
Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a physical, drug screening and background check
- Have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 36 months
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must not have more than 1 accident in the previous 36 months
- Must be able to get in and out of vehicle multiple times per day
- Be able to lift 70+ lbs
- No driving experience necessary and does NOT require a CDL license
