F.L. Haynie Const. Co. is looking for an administrative assistant to help with day to day data entry. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll. Various Microsoft Office and Excel duties.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Data Entry
- Various computer tasks
- Matching and balancing invoices to delivery tickets/receipts
- Certified Payroll
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or leadership team.
Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Basic Math skills
- Efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
