This position will be responsible for tasks such as managing travel card accounts for employees who are on Leave of Absence, credit balance refunds, travel card account reconciliations, addressing past due balances as well as standard travel card Program Administrator duties, with the possibility of added responsibilities around the travel card program.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Travel and Expense report auditing
- Work with employees to collect overpayments and clear outstanding balances owed to the company
- Assist with administering the travel card program
- Engage various business areas such as the PCARD team and expense report audit team
- Assist in account reconciliation for corporate credit card bills and follow up on delinquent accounts
- Work with employee’s manager to ensure unpaid credit card bills are cleared up
- High level of interaction with employees throughout the entire organization
- Handle temporary closures and reinstatements of travel card accounts for employees on Leave of Absence
- Clear credit balances on travel card accounts

Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in business, Finance, related field or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years working with company travel card programs
- Proven intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience working in SAP / Concur Expense
- Experience reprioritizing tasks in a rapidly changing environment to drive multiple high priority tasks in parallel
- Proven ability to demonstrate solid analytical and investigative skills
- Proven high level of integrity is essential to ensuring a positive team environment, with solid customer service and collaborative skills
- Proven solid written communication skills
- Proven query building experience
