Title: Warehouse Coordinator, Shipping- 2nd Shift - 108216
Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position
As a Warehouse Coordinator - Shipping for John Deere Parts Distribution Center - Atlanta located in McDonough, GA, you will complete scheduling and printing of daily picking activities which entails trip printing, bursting, and prioritization. In addition, you will:
- Complete daily billing/invoicing transactions, and prepare packets for drivers/carriers (manifests, customs documents).
- Assist with managing inventory accuracy by helping with part investigation and by entering back-order data.
- Manage customer order expediting/billing issues, completing charge only invoicing requests and customer service inquiries.

- 3 or more years of customer service experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work off shifts specifically 3pm to 11:30 pm daily, and earlier start times on occasion to cover shifts, and overtime along with holidays and Saturdays as needed to support the business.
- Warehouse experience
- Experience with Warehouse Control System
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Associate’s or Bachler’s Degree
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- High School Diploma or equivalent related work experience
