Title: Technical Product Manager - Electrification Modules - 108100
Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position
As a Technical Product Manager for John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group located in Fargo, ND; Urbandale, IA; Cary, NC ; or Quad Cities, you will develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for one or more families of modules. This will include the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive Electrification module roadmap. More specifically, you will:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends for the applicable modules including Total Addressable Market (TAM) for applicable investment in ISG portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand development lifecycles and ensure timely delivery
- Establish and maintain a strong awareness and database of competitive offerings, product strategies, and business climate to shape a best-in-class roadmap
- Develop lifecycle management strategies and planning processes for module families
- Serve as a key contact for module management, portfolio management and product managers and other enterprise stakeholders

- 10 or more years of experience developing or managing electronics product development
- Proficiency in data analysis, metrics tracking and utilizing insights to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to properly articulate product vision, requirements and TAM (total addressable market) to stakeholders.
- Market understanding including knowledge of market trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape necessary to inform product roadmaps.
- Listening Skills and group facilitation
- Effective Negotiation and creating buy-in: influence without authority.
- Proficiency in product development lifecycles including experience developing comprehensive product line roadmaps
- Experience managing multi-year budgets effectively, prioritizing the highest ROI or other significant projects
- Experience in influencing without authority and leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate and motivate up, down and across the organization to a diverse range of technical and non-technical team members
- Proficiency in developing plans to evaluate and assess the emerging technology market space
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelors / Masters Degree or 10 years of related work experience
