Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Specialist in Gilbert, Arizona and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Provide Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Work to improve the ability to react in the digital world and enable innovation and scalability, remove performance barriers, modernize core systems, and reimagine business with Oracle solutions. Help manage the complexity inherent with technology change, from requirements planning to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond, helping to link IT programs to organizational goals while utilizing Oracle modules. Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios, and prescribe actions. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Assist in developing operational efficiency by maintaining data ecosystems, sourcing analytical expertise, and providing Oracle offerings for continuous insights and improvements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in related occupation.
Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
- Designing and developing data validation processes and performing data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps, utilizing Oracle Data Integration Platform Cloud (DIPC), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Services, and WebLogic;
- Utilizing Oracle WebLogic Server and SOA for requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementing, and deployment, to link IT programs to organizational goals;
- Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools including Oracle Management Cloud and Oracle Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB);
- Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data, and process models, through use of Atlassian Jira and Microsoft (MS) Visio;
- Utilizing Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), Waterfall, and Sprint methodologies to create user stories, set up Oracle Applications, and prepare gap and interface functional specifications;
- Participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for software applications, including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations of urgent issues;
- Evaluating clients’ technology needs, developing customized applications, and drafting technical and functional design documentation, by leveraging Jira and MS Visio; and
- Implementing compliant Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Audit system, and working with the business on data conversions and data analysis to retire legacy systems.
