Program Summary
KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.
Job Summary
As a Senior Logistics Warehouseman, you will receive, check in, and issue materials in support of construction and maintenance activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for warehouse layout planning, establishment of document files, preparation of required documents and reports.
Maintain inventories and complete records.
Ensure proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all project material and the control of project furnished small tools and third-party rentals.
Provide leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of services.
Evaluate service execution for compliance with the contract, schedule, cost budgets, and quality.
Advise team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors in reference to scope of work.
Inform team of updates to safety rules and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field is preferred.
Must have at least 4 years of experience in a Logistics/Warehouse role.
Requires at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
Requires strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
Knowledge and access to the Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS) and DLA Subsistence Total Order and Receipt Electronic System (STORES) is required.
Must have excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks.
Requires strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders is required.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Must be ServSafe Certified.
Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.
Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Must be Polish citizen
