Manages the security services and related operations provided to an assigned Client Contract including client service and problem resolution, ensuring all contractual obligations are met, operational effectiveness, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training. Specific duties or tasks may vary and be documented separately.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

Basic Qualifications
- US citizenship preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to acquire and maintain any other specific government / agency clearances and or access requirements.
Education/Experience
- Associate Degree and two (2) years of experience in security operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
- May substitute a four-year degree / at least four years of documented leadership experience, either in law enforcement, military, or armed security or a combination of both leadership and college courses pursuing a Criminal Justice or Law Enforcement or Homeland Security degree.
Background Prerequisites
Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, physical examination as per assignment and behavioral selection survey, in addition to any mandatory licensing requirements

- Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments.
- Knowledge of business operations management and human resources administration.

WORKING CONDITIONS (Physical/Mental Demands)
