Cloud Applications is a newly formed division within Google Cloud that aims to revolutionize how people work, create, and communicate, using AI. The division includes Google Workspace, a cloud-based productivity suite with AI powered communication, collaboration, co-creation, and also other innovative product groups within Cloud focusing on applied AI solutions and data solutions. The Cloud Applications business is large, fast growing, and looking to accelerate against a backdrop of economic and technological trends.
The Cloud Applications Strategy and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team, is responsible for developing the overall Cloud Applications business strategy, identifying impactful growth opportunities, evaluating market expansion plays, tracking external trends and competitors, analyzing critical aspects of the business, and assessing potential M&A opportunities. As a Strategy Manager, you will manage and support multiple projects, lead research and analytical efforts, as well as partner with senior leadership across Cloud Applications and their direct reports. You will work cross-functionally to set and communicate strategy and decision-making with the broader organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
