International Operations Core Operations Specialist, Junior
The Opportunity:
When an organization has multiple moving parts in its processes, it can be difficult to navigate and critically examine them. To be more efficient and effective, it needs an Operations Specialist to conduct end-to-end process tasks and assess opportunities to optimize.
As a Core Operations Specialist, you will be focused on operations and business process aspects of our international business. You will conduct tasks supporting key business processes in International Operations, and help analyze our business processes by documenting key steps and identifying opportunities to automate repeatable manual tasks.
On our team, you’ll learn how to use key business systems and new tools and technology. You will also be exposed to multiple corporate functions and learn how the international business operates. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
- Experience with using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate in written form with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to present in front of diverse audience
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail with numbers and financial data
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Basic knowledge and experience with large data sets
- Ability to tell a story about data

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
