A typical day will include sorting mail after it’s dropped off for the day. Prepare deposits from the mail. Print documents / attachments / refund checks from a SharePoint site or legacy system. Sorting, and scanning of documents from batches of documents from clients. The day will vary from day to day, depending on what comes in for that day.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am -5:00pm). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 8401 Jack Finney Blvd. Greenville, TX.
We offer 3 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours during training will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
Notes: 1 week with the training team, on the job training on the floor after that
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sort and file claims
- Sorting mail
- Preparing bank deposits
- Scanning documents
- Operating mail machine
- Printing attachments

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system application
- Available to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required according to the needs of the business
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM and use 10 key typing method
- Experience with Microsoft Office including the ability to open, save, edit, and send word documents, excel spreadsheets, and outlook emails/calendar invitations.
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM our office is located at 8401 Jack Finney Blvd, Greenville, TX.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the banking industry
