Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Summer 2025 Maintenance Engineer Intern. In this role, you will implement facilities systems, analyze facilities & maintenance data, and facilitate the creation of risk mitigation plans. Supporting the Systems Team with implementing and modifying facilities systems using facilities and maintenance data to diagnose conditions of assets and potential risks within building systems. Facilitating group meetings to review findings, statuses, and action plans. Tuning analytic rules & performing continuous quality control on expansive data sets. Working closely with site Facilities Engineering and Facilities Maintenance Teams to provide status updates, action plans and facilitate the creation of risk mitigation plans. Working independently, under direction, and as a supporting member of the Strategies & Systems Team. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of facilitating team meetings, planning project schedules, data analytics/visualization tools. Must be a US Citizen.
Basic Qualifications:- Must be enrolled in an Associates, Bachelors or Technical Degree in Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, Systems Engineering or related discipline
- Familiar with CAD systems
- Proficient in data analytic and visualization tools
- Willingness to continuously & proactively look for problems and opportunities to improve system performance
- Must be a US Citizen
Desired Skills:- Familiar with facilitating team meetings
- Familiar with planning project schedules
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; enjoys group problem solving and technical discussions

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
