JourneyTeam is looking for an experienced and motivated Microsoft Partner Program Specialist to support our growing sales and delivery teams! In this role, you will provide essential operational support by connecting JourneyTeam to various Microsoft partner attribution programs. You will assist in managing the processes and mechanisms that enable us to execute and optimize Microsoft’s partner programs. Additionally, you will become a subject matter expert on Microsoft programs and the tools used to manage these processes, while also advocating for our sales team and cross-training with peers. - Provide operational support for our Microsoft Partner program and manage the processes that enable program execution.
- Perform detail-oriented data-entry to ensure accurate and timely information processing.
- Become a subject matter expert on relevant tools, advocating for internal stakeholders and cross-training with peers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring vital relationships are nurtured.
- Take ownership of tasks, deliverables, and project-related activities, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
- Deliver results consistently, focusing on effective communication, exceptional performance, and collaboration.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of supporting a variety of stakeholders.
- Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented.
- Strong problem solving and collaboration skills.
- Experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks.
- Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization.

$60,000 annually
JourneyTeam offers a wide range of excellent benefits including healthcare and dental options, as well as a 401k with a ~4% employer match with funds that vest immediately. We enjoy unlimited time off and our employees average 3.5 to 4 weeks off a year. We also provide a monthly phone stipend of $25 as well as a gym membership monthly reimbursement of up to $200.
