As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing large exhibitions and events focused on Talent Acquisition, ensuring every event is expertly managed and delivers maximum impact.
You'll manage projects from end to end, coordinating internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics, and legal paperwork, while collaborating with our brand and creative teams to develop compelling marketing assets.

Responsibilities:
- Project manage multiple large-scale exhibitions and events, from planning through to execution, including timelines, logistics, and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with internal brand and creative teams to develop event materials and marketing assets, including banners, HTML emails, and promotional content.
- Manage all logistical aspects, including venue coordination, supplier contracts, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather event requirements, manage communications, and ensure expectations are met.
- Develop event plans, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in project management within the events or exhibitions space, ideally within a corporate or Talent Acquisition setting.
- Experience coordinating events logistics, managing suppliers, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and timelines effectively.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with developing marketing assets like banners, HTML emails, and promotional content in collaboration with creative teams.
