Order Tech (OT) team is responsible for the Order Management Systems, which oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders across all Xfinity Lines of Business (LOB). The Order Management System orchestrates service-specific policy treatments for various processes, including fraud prevention, fulfillment, provisioning, activation, network management, and billing.

As an AI-Driven Software Development Intern in the Order Tech team, you will:
Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to optimize and automate various aspects of the Order Management System, including fraud prevention, fulfillment, provisioning, activation, network management, and billing.
Utilize AI-driven approaches to software development, such as intelligent code analysis, automated testing, and predictive maintenance.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality software delivery, using AI tools to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
What are some interesting problems the student will work on?
In your role, you'll tackle exciting challenges like using AI tools for automated design, code generation and optimization, leveraging machine learning for predictive maintenance to enhance software reliability, applying AI algorithms for intelligent debugging to improve software quality, utilizing AI-driven testing frameworks for robust validation, and integrating AI into DevOps for automated deployment and seamless software operations.
