SWEP is offering you an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the Application Management agenda since we now are reinforcing our team with a Senior position. The role is reporting to the Application Manager and has a global scope. Preferred base of the role is Landskrona Sweden.
What you will do
Being a member of the Application Management team, you will become one of our experts on brazed plate heat exchangers and their applications, such as heat pumps and chillers, addressing various end markets.
By combining system and heat exchanger knowledge within our applications, you are expected to:
- Support the global SWEP organization as technical expert by selecting heat exchangers and optimizing our offers in customer projects.
- Capture market trends and developments together with our Segment Managers to identify new application opportunities.
- Together with R&D, secure our products are performing and set to meet requirements, current as well as new products.
- By being engaged in customer projects and testing our products, grow the knowledge within heat exchangers and application management
- Develop associated technical training material and train the global SWEP sales organization
Your background
We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that’s why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. To thrive in this role, we do believe you’ll have at least some experience in the following:
- University Degree in Chemical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent through experience.
- More than 5 years’ experience of a technical specialist role within HVAC or energy conversion.
- Knowledge in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and genuine interest in understanding complex technical solutions
- You are fluent in business English and preferably, fluent in Swedish.

- As the role offers wide and exciting opportunities to work closely with senior stakeholders and tackle international challenges. You should be comfortable to act as expert and contribute to areas such as product development as well as formulating and executing strategies.
