What will you do?
The Program Coordinator for the Naval Aviation School of Additive Manufacturing (NASAM) will be responsible for overseeing the administration, coordination, and management of various aspects of the program. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the NASAM, facilitating communication with key stakeholders, and managing the logistics of housing, events, and contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in program management, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Data Collection: Gather, organize, and maintain program data to track performance, program outcomes, and ensure accurate reporting. Provide detailed data analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
• Housing Coordination: Oversee housing logistics for participants, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and resolving any housing-related issues during the program.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute NASAM events, including orientations, training sessions, and graduations. Ensure all logistical aspects of these events are handled efficiently.
• Onboarding Facilitation: Lead the onboarding process for new participants, ensuring they receive all necessary materials, and support to begin the program successfully.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for NASAM stakeholders, coordinating and managing communications, meetings, and program updates as needed.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on NASAM metrics for internal leadership and external stakeholders. Ensure reports are clear, comprehensive, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Contract Administration: Manage the administration of contracts related to NASAM, including tracking key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and maintain communication with contracting officers to address any issues.

What do you offer?
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience in the field (e.g., program management, business administration, etc.)
• Experience in managing complex programs, preferably within a technical or military-related environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with contract administration and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with additive manufacturing or aviation-related fields.
• Experience working with military or government programs.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
Essential Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to operate and manipulate a keyboard.
- Must be able to move from building to building
- Light physical work may be required.
- Moderate travel expected.
