About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Manager to support our Foreign Exchange Sales and Trading business. The role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups.
In this role, you will:- Partner with business leadership to execute the Wells Fargo Strategic Growth plan
- Lead complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of the Global FX business
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Exercise independent judgment, provide leadership and guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Identify and resolve operational risk & control issues
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders across various departments in the bank in developing strategic execution plans
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
- Provide work direction to Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 5 years+ Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities (FICC) Business Management/COO or Middle office, or experience in Capital Markets would be considered
- Experience in FX Business Managment will also be considered
- Trading and Sales Fixed Income experience on the buy or sell side
- Experience with Broker dealer and / or swap dealer housed businesses
- Experience with Global / International focused projects / responsibilities
- Experience with Broker dealer and / or swap dealer regulations as it relates to FX and Rates instruments.
- Experience managing relationships with 3rd party FX vendors
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$115,900.00 - $206,100.00
