Essential Functions:
•Responsible for assisting FFC Operations Inbound-Outbound Supervisor with daily administration, task delegation and managing the general functions of the FFC
•Fosters a positive and collaborative team culture; communicates and emphasizes FFC goals of a flawless experience for the end customer, etc.
•Ensures all associates comprehend and execute safe work practices by performing regular safety observations and having regular safety discussions
•Identifies and resolves safety issues on the floor and notifies the appropriate party for resolution
•Models, communicates, and reinforces Lowe’s Core Behaviors and SMART customer service expectations
•Thrives in an environment with a lot of change and ambiguity, adapting and pivoting quickly when necessary to meet changing business, associates, or customer needs
•Monitors and drives FFC associates to achieve key operational performance metrics
•Provides tools, resources and knowledge of systems and procedures where appropriate
•Makes confident decisions and escalates issues to leadership as appropriate
•Identifies barriers to operational processes and communicates those barriers to leadership, implementing solutions as required
•Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with other leaders to help drive overall FFC success
•Provides real-time training and feedback to associates including responsibility for onboarding of hourly associates
•Supervises (when necessary) and provides direction to associates in the absence of FFC Inbound-Outbound Supervisor
•In addition to the above responsibilities, the FFC Operations Inbound-Outbound Team Lead is held accountable for other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
•High School or GED
•Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction)
•1 year experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
•1 year experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
Preferences:
•1 year experience working in distribution operations
•1 year supervisory experience in any field, including directing, delegating, evaluating, training, and coaching employees
