Bishop Gold Group is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team in West LA. This person will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining our Salesforce configuration, workflows, processes and data management. With a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and a proven track record of success in managing large datasets, this role plays a crucial part in driving sales effectiveness and maximizing ROI for our organization.
**This is an on-site role that reports to the office Monday-Friday (West Los Angeles, CA 90064)**

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes in Salesforce
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce configuration, workflows, and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and user adoption
- Develop and deploy custom objects, fields, and page layouts
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Create and manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations
- Analyze the needs of internal users, identify problems, research issues and recommend solutions
- Manage millions of records ensuring data integrity, quality, and security
- Ensure system and business changes are implemented in-line with objectives and timeframes
- Stay up-to-date on Salesforce updates, best practices, and new features to continuously improve system performance
- Maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed for system integrations and customizations
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on system performance and usage to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, building applications using standard Salesforce customizations & automation features
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, workflows, data management, and reporting
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components)
