The position is located at our Chicago Corporate office near O’Hare International Airport.
Responsibilities:

Design, implement and document new applications by evaluating user’s needs, performing requirements gathering, and soliciting feedback on existing workflows

Validate, review, and deploy changesets

Support and train key business unit employees on advanced functionality

Participate in process improvement activities and initiatives
-
Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
-
Resolve complex issues through hands-on technical solutions, self-research, peer-group networks, or discussion forums
-
Integrate with other data sources and applications
-
Provide occasional Salesforce administration support
-
Review and communicate upcoming release or updates to end-users
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
-
3+ years of development experience with Force.com platform
-
2+ year of experience writing Apex code
-
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certifications required
-
Experience creating VisualForce pages, developing custom Aura components, writing/maintaining Lightning Web Components, and using SFDX+git to maintain code required

Familiarity with SOAP and REST integration
-
Understanding of relational database theory and SQL
-
Exceptional written, verbal, organizational communications skills
-
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high tech environment

Results-oriented with attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to respond to customers in a competent and professional manner

Ability to occasionally carry and lift up to 15 pounds
