Senior Customer Success Manager

You'll work at the cutting edge of recruitment technology, driving successful adoption, retention and growth of our Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud. Through cross-functional team collaboration with our research, creative, content, data and media teams, you'll ensure your customers are meeting their objectives.

Responsibilities
- Act as principal point of contact for assigned customers: build long-term relationships, anticipate needs and create strategies
- Understand and communicate the value of the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud to customers to expand their use of the product, creating and uncovering upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Help our customers to achieve their hiring goals and activate their employer brand through our data-driven platform and accompanying services
- Educate and inform customers on platform updates and training
- Mentor Customer Success Representatives as well as connect and educate cross-functional team members throughout Radancy

Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the recruitment industry and strong customer relationship management skills
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience of working with a creative services team
- Resilience and ability to work at pace
- Ideally, an understanding of the media buying landscape
- Experience with SaaS products highly valued
