Description:F-16 Production Completion SupervisorLocation: Greenville SCWhat You Will Be DoingAs the F-16 Production Completion Supervisor in Greenville, SC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the final assembly and completion processes for the F-16V Block 70. This position requires a strong leader to manage a highly skilled workforce, ensuring all production targets are met in safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance. You will collaborate closely with teams to drive continuous process improvements and ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you will foster productive relationships with key stakeholders such as the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and our System Program Office, ensuring confidence and alignment with production goals.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor a team of skilled employees to ensure efficient production and completion of the F-16V Block 70, focusing on quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Enforce strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and production standards, while maintaining high levels of product quality and operational excellence.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of completed aircraft.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), and the System Program Office to ensure production milestones are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
- Manage resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring effective production flow and resolution of any logistical challenges.
- Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary, while recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance.

Basic Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience in Aviation Production, Maintenance, Aircraft Structure Modification, Repair or Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.
Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
Experience interacting with internal/external customers.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments.
Previously awarded an Air Force, Marine, or Navy 7 level discipline skill level rating or possess equivalent civilian experience with associated credential such as an licensed FAA “Airframe and Power" plant or Inspector Airframe license.
Structural repair, fabrication, and assembly experience
Recent fighter aircraft experience
Ability to obtain a security clearance as required.
Ability to create and utilize metrics related to performance.
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all executive operations metrics.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing or processes.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
