How will you make an impact? -
Sr. Engineer with experience in Healthcare / Regulated Industry to lead several aspects in the Medical Devices Packaging process: Equipment Engineering, Life Cycle Management, New Product Introduction, Validations and Systems.
What will you do?-
This role must be viewed as operationally focused working closely with the Project Manager and Work cell Manager in tandem with the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to drive process optimization, improvement and execution to plan.
The Manufacturing Engineering Lead shall lead and manage the Manufacturing Engineers and Validation Engineers as well as contractors coordinating day to day activities in support of the manufacturing plan.
Lead the key JOS meetings in particular TIC, and attend to CAC and PMIC.
Complete all training curriculum on time @ 100% in Compliance Wire.
Share information on the corporate environment with the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) function like OEE and Scrap indicators.
Support the Engineering Manager in the evaluation and equipment needs for today and future needs.
Individual Performance Management: define and agree clear performance goals and metrics, review performance metrics continuously, prepare for and perform informal 1 to 1 meeting, identify training and development.
Facilitate/ Coach the Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians with regards to their roles & responsibilities within the team.
Support Business Development through assessing the needs of potential customers in conjunction with the Engineering Manager and Project Manager.
Perform Cost Improvement projects as needed by the forecast in the engineering department.

Experience:
+5 years of experience required with high-volume manufacturing processes and equipment in the Healthcare / Regulated Industry
Manufacturing Equipment Lifecycle Management in a 21 CFR Part 820 environment.
Medical device packaging and terminal sterilization concepts.
Automated electromechanical systems with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
Selecting, commissioning / decommissioning, and validating automated manufacturing equipment.
Technical writing in a regulated environment.
Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

The compensation range for this role is: $91, 308- 164,353 USD Annually
Bonus potential is up to 15%
