In this role, you will:- Participate in the planning of various initiatives that support the Alumni Network, spanning from the digital platform to direct stakeholder communications
- Execute planning efforts for networking events that foster alumni interaction and professional development
- Develop project plans, detailing scope, sequencing, timeline, and resource requirements
- Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies across related initiatives
- Create process flows for net new alumni engagement use cases and platform enhancements
- Partner with various stakeholders to ensure project requirements align with business specifications
- Supports development of status reports and presentations to leaders
- Identify alignment gaps, potential issues and provide solutions to mitigate risks
Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Experience executing organizational change initiatives and concurrent work streams
- Experience executing planning initiatives for large and/or complex events
- Experience executing communication-based initiatives and activities
- Experience managing product delivery initiatives across cross-functional organizations
- Experience presenting information that persuades, and enhances understanding at all levels

- 150 East 42nd Street - New York, NY ($87,700 to $155,900)
